By now you’ve probably taken a look around our beautiful new website, SalalCU.org. There’s a lot to explore on our website, and we hope you’ll have an opportunity to take a look around. Meanwhile, here are some things you’ll need, and some things you’ll soon wonder how you lived without:

• Online Banking. The login to Online Banking is on our homepage, in the top, right-hand corner. Fill in the “Member Number” and “Password” fields, then click the orange “Sign In” button. This will take you directly to our secure, online banking site.
• Across the top is our primary navigation: “Checking,” “Savings,” “Loans,” “Services” and “Join.” Click on any of these to be led to a wealth of information on a page dedicated to that topic. On the “Services” page, you’ll find information about Online Banking, Visa credit cards (and a link to access your Visa credit card account), ways to manage your accounts and contact Salal, how to earn and spend your Salal Rewards points (formerly “PurplePoints”), plus useful information on many financial matters.
• Our new Branch Locator tool should be very useful! If you’re traveling and you need to conduct some financial business, simply type in the zip code where you are. The Branch Locator will pull up a map, showing you the nearest Shared Branches and Vcom kiosks found in most 7-Eleven stores. And the Locations & Hours link at the bottom of that box will show you a map and give you information about the five Salal branches.
• Beneath the Branch Locator, you’ll find links to our partner services, Debt in Focus and BALANCE. Both of these services are free to our members and offer excellent advice and information to help you manage your money more effectively.
• Above our Branch Locator, you’ll find an exciting addition to our website: Search! Clicking around a website in search of specific information can be frustrating, particularly if you’re in a hurry. Our new search functionality makes it easier to locate what you’re looking for—fast!
• If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, you can also try our Answer Bank. This link is located under “About Salal.” Just click “Frequently Asked Questions” and scroll to the bottom of the page. During business hours, we respond to questions within six hours, usually much quicker.
• Other helpful information includes our one-click Rates & Disclosures page. This link is on the far left, under our logo. If you’re considering an IRA or a car loan, this is a fast way to find out about our current rates.
• Also on the left-hand side of the homepage are links to what to do if your Salal credit or debit card is lost or stolen.
• On the far left at the bottom is a feed from our blog. Look here for important announcements—promotions, events, scams to be wary of, etc. You can also subscribe to this blog or follow us on Twitter!

These are some of the highlights of our new website, but of course, there’s much more here to be discovered. The primary purpose of our website is to provide simple access to products, services and information for our members.
