Recently you may have received a survey in the mail or an email link to a survey regarding Salal’s products and services. This survey is our attempt to learn from you, our members, where we are performing well and where we could make improvements. Who knows better than you, after all?

The survey asks you to rate Salal on a number of questions: product offerings, accessibility, staffing, member service and so on. Every answer we receive helps us understand how well we’re meeting our members’ expectations. Your comments help us identify ways to conduct our business even better.

As a thank you, every member who completes and returns a survey—and includes his or her name and member number—will be entered into a drawing for 2,500 Salal Rewards points. That’s enough to get an immediate 0.25% rate increase on most Salal Certificates or reduce the rate on many Salal loans by 0.25%!*
