Every year, auditors Moss Adams perform an account verification audit on our member records. This involves selecting a number of members at random to receive letters, asking for verification of certain details on Salal accounts. 

If you receive one of these letters, on Salal letterhead, it is legitimate. If all of your account information is correct as it is listed on the letter, then there is nothing you need to do. If any information is in error, we ask that you detail the incorrect information (and the corrections) at the bottom of the letter and send it back in the enclosed envelope.

To ensure that the letter you’ve received is legitimate, please verify that the return envelope is addressed as follows:
