Now that the dust has (mostly) settled from our recent system upgrade, we want to make sure you’re familiar with all the changes that resulted. Most of these changes are minor and require no action on your part:

• New statement look. If you have a mortgage with Salal, you’ll notice that your statement now contains mortgage information.
• Different suffixes on account numbers. To fit the needs of our new system, some accounts have different suffixes. That shouldn’t require any action on your part (automatic payments will happen as before), but don’t be confused if the account numbers look a little different.
• PAL: TouchTone Teller has been upgraded to our new Phone Access Line or PAL. Most menu options are the same, as is your PIN. Our new system comes with voice recognition!
• February statements. Any transactions conducted on January 31 will be included on your February statement. However, dividends are calculated from January 31.
