Our search for a new CEO is moving along as planned: the Board reviewed several search firms before selecting O’Rourke & Associates. This firm focuses exclusively on credit union executive searches, and the length and depth of their knowledge about the credit union industry gives the Board great confidence that we’ll be presented with excellent candidates.

The Board is very committed to the search for a CEO who will build on Salal’s great success. We know our search will take time, particularly given that the holiday season is approaching. Fortunately, we have the luxury of time, thanks to Interim CEO, Carol Belland, who is an exemplary leader.
