In 2010, Salal awarded its first Washington Business Week Healthcare Pathway scholarship of $3,000 to  Immanuel (“Manny”) Anderson. On June 15, Manny graduated from Tacoma Baptist High School. He has been accepted to Pacific University in Oregon where he hopes ultimately to earn a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. At Salal CU, we continue to be impressed with this fine young man who spoke so well at our 2010 Annual Meeting, and we wish him all the best in what we know will be a very bright future. Congratulations, Manny! And we’re looking forward to the 2012 Washington Business Week Healthcare Pathway event and selecting this year’s scholarship recipients.
